Dr. Suarez individualizes your treatment plan after a thorough evaluation to provide you a nutritional plan, exercise program, supplement protocol, and medication management which include peptide therapy most commonly Semaglutide (also known as Ozempic or Wegovy) or Tirzepatide (Mounjaro). The program includes an initial evaluation and treatment plan along with follow up visits in order to address barriers, keep patients accountable, and adjust supplements and medications as needed.

What is weight loss management?
Weight loss management is a medically supervised program designed to help you maintain a healthy weight. It incorporates nutritional education, exercise guidance, supplement protocols and (if necessary) prescription medication to encourage natural weight loss.
If you’re overweight and can’t seem to achieve your goals through traditional diets or exercise, Dr. Suarez can help. Following an exam and a review of your medical history, he can develop a custom treatment plan that aligns with your needs.
What does weight loss management involve?
The service begins with an in depth initial evaluation with Dr. Suarez and Health Coach Luisa Hays in order to assess areas for improvement in Nutrition counseling, Lifestyle and Exercise recommenations, as well as Supplement Protocols. Medication management is individualized for each case but typically involves use of peptide therapy (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) which is provided at an affordable cost through a compounding pharmacy. Patients are encouraged to perform regular follow up visits every 2-4 weeks while under the care of Dr. Suarez, especially in the first couple of months where consistency, habit forming, and side effect monitoring is crucial to success.
Initial Evaluation Fee: $150
Follow Up Fee: $75
We offer two programs that bundle our services to provide a higher value for our more dedicated patients.
Basic Weight Loss Program: $699
Includes initial evaluation and three follow up visits plus 90 day supply of peptide therapy (semaglutide) and InBody Scan. Additional charge of $25 for Tirzepatide. Optional Metabolism Booster IV.
Comprehensive Weight Loss Program: $799
Includes initial evaluation, 3 follow up visits, 90 day supply of Peptide Therapy (semaglutide), Inbody Scan, Resting Metabolic Rate Test and Infrared Light Therapy. Additional charge of $25 for Tirzepatide.
Patients who are not enrolled in one of our programs are limited to a 30 day supply of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide and must have a follow up to refill medication.
Additional Weight Loss Testing Includes:
- Inbody Composition Test: $55
- Body composition test to measure lean muscle mass, fat mass, visceral fat, and body fat percentage
- Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR): $120
- Measures your baseline metabolism to evaluate for slow metabolism and inability to burn fat (ketosis)
- VO2 Max Test: $150
- Measures your HR Zones to accurately identify your Zone 2 for optimal fat burning exercise training
